Abnormal Condition Detection

Ideation has developed a unique ACD (Abnormal Condition Detection) condition monitoring concept with certified and well proven wireless “Predictors” designed to be fitted to process valves without stopping the production. Once installed, valves can be connected via the internet, to include real time 24/7 reliability monitoring. The installed predictors will include Valve activation detection, Valve leak quantification and detection of position, stiction and friction in valves. The predictor will act as an wireless positioner and will transmitt information to our Predictor information manager ( PIM ).
